Sejo-kîqê Fêqê (/ˈseʤo/ /ˈkɪqɘ/ [dark] [wire; thread]) is a subtropical Town located in the Nêndënkîte Zone of the Union of Engineers.

The name Sejo-kîqê Fêqê is derived from the Iron Elvish language, as Sejo-kîqê Fêqê was founded by Gîbè Zèqth, who was culturaly Iron Elven.

Climate

Sejo-kîqê Fêqê has a yearly average temperature of 25°C (77°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 29°C (84°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a pleasant 21°C (69°F). Overview

Sejo-kîqê Fêqê was founded durring the late 15th century in fall of the year 1377, by Gîbè Zèqth. The establishment of Sejo-kîqê Fêqê was plagued by a lack of willing colonists. After attempts to pay people to resettle failed Gîbè Zèqth struck deals with nearby nations and communities to establish Sejo-kîqê Fêqê as a prison colony.

Sejo-kîqê Fêqê was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the late 15th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Sejo-kîqê Fêqê is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.

Sejo-kîqê Fêqê is buildings are arranged arround a network of spacious split-log ties streets which form a diamond shaped grid, where each diamond verries in size given the proximity of the paralell streets forming each section. The ocasional smaller diamond has been used to construct a park, plaza, and other communal structures. The town is protected by a well-crafted cobblestone fence tall enough to provide adiquite cover for defenders to fire from, but no more than that. The town's frontieer-style defences are visibly old, but also obviously well maintained. Its likly the local malishia or garrison are tasked with routine mantance of the town's defences.

Sejo-kîqê Fêqê is not quite well. Something happened here, perhapse recently, perhapse long ago. Whatever it was, it settled into the very soul of the town like a festering wound. The people go about their day well enough, but there’s a tention in the air you can cut with a knife.

They've lost the things that used to give them pride and hope, with the best among them carrying on out of habitual duty and the worst giving ready hands to shameful deeds and ignoble acts. No one really believes the future can be better, and most seek only to satisfy immediate appetites.

Sejo-kîqê Fêqê's bank was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is best known for the combined use of arcuated and trabeated construction, employing arches and constructed with post and lintel. The arch served as the style's chief structural element, with flanking columns serving as buttresses or decorations. While the general shape of their structures could be generously described as simplistic, the use of these arches and columns created a most distinct ascetic which is easily distinguishable on sight to armatures and experts alike.

Due to the actions of local Kami, winter is recurring in Sejo-kîqê Fêqê.

Sejo-kîqê Fêqê's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in summer and involves reenactments to channel Elven High Magic energies of tier 3 via singing.

In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the late 2nd century a great windstorm struck Sejo-kîqê Fêqê. Its winds were so great they picked up unsecured objects and flung them with enough force to smash brick and skull alike. Buildings collapsed under the gale, burying countless people alive. The storm's devistation was focused on the area arround Sejo-kîqê Fêqê, which lost 268 people, 284, and 72 livestock in the disaster.. History remembers the strom as The Storm of Woe.
